My poetry collection

Every day is a new day.
To meet new people,
To achieve something new,
To ace a test in your worst subject,
And to learn something new about God.

We never take to consideration
Or think,
About what God had set out for us,
Because we never try.

Life is like a game.
You need two people to play it.
If one reaches out to help you,
You need to try to receive that help
And make something out of it.
If you don’t,
Its called cheating
And that’s not the way to play the game.

We have so much to thank God for.
We thank him for loving us,
For looking over us,
For giving us a home,
For giving us a loving family,
And for putting us in first place.

But sometimes we don’t know how to do that,
Or try to deny that there even is a God.
But no matter what,
Or where you go,
God will always have your back,
You just need to let him help you
And hear you say,
Thank you.
Now that’s the way to play the game.
